Residents from HC-One’s Daneside Court Care Home in Northwich, Cheshire, recently enjoyed a joyful and refreshing day out, making cherished summer memories at
Church Walk Paddling Pool.
The sun was shining, spirits were high, and the sound of laughter filled the air as residents dipped their toes into the cool, shallow waters. Resident Derek Law was particularly thrilled, gently wading from side to side and relishing the feel of the water on his feet. Fellow resident Joyce Reynolds jumped right into the fun, splashing about with delight and enjoying every moment of the carefree afternoon.
The outing was supported by dedicated HC-One Daneside Court team members Nicky Tideswell, Caitlyn Curbishley, and Sharon Lelonek, whose care and enthusiasm helped make the day extra special.
Samantha Farahat, Home Manager at HC-One’s Daneside Court Care Home, said:
“It was such a wonderful way to enjoy the summer sunshine. Seeing our residents so happy and engaged made it truly unforgettable.”
The paddling pool trip is part of HC-One’s commitment to promoting wellbeing and joy in later life through meaningful experiences and community outings.
