Residents at HC-One Wales’s Church View Care Home in Caerphilly recently enjoyed two uplifting activities, making the most of the summer sunshine and the beauty of their local area.
Residents embarked on a trip to Caerphilly Castle Park, where they explored the rich history of the castle and soaked up the natural beauty of the grounds. The outing gave residents the chance to reconnect with the local community and enjoy the fresh air in a setting full of heritage.
Back at Church View, residents continued the fun with a garden social, complete with sunshine, music, and games. The event was filled with laughter, conversation, and a wonderful atmosphere, creating a memorable experience for all who attended.
Christine Tipper, Home Manager at HC-One Wales’s Church View Care Home said:
“We love being able to provide opportunities for our residents to enjoy both the local area and fun activities at home. Trips like these and social events in the garden bring so much joy and help create special memories.”
