
Residents at Daneside Court Care Home in Northwich, Cheshire, enjoyed a lively and uplifting exercise session recently, combining gentle movement, music and plenty of laughter.
The session began with a warm-up and stepping exercises to get everyone moving, with upbeat music helping to energise residents and encourage participation. As the morning progressed, residents began requesting their favourite songs, which soon turned the session into an impromptu sing-along and dance.
Many residents became emotional as familiar tunes brought back cherished memories from their past, creating a warm and nostalgic atmosphere in the room. Staff and residents alike shared smiles, laughter and stories inspired by the music.
