Residents at Elworth Grange Care Home in Sandbach Get Creative with Watercolour Art ClassesResidents at HC-One’s Elworth Grange Care Home in Sandbach were delighted to welcome back local artist Christina Quine for one of their much-loved watercolour art classes.

The regular sessions have become a highlight for residents, offering them the opportunity to explore their creativity, learn new techniques and continue developing their artistic skills. Guided by Christina’s calm and encouraging approach, residents work at their own pace to produce a wide range of colourful and expressive watercolour pieces.

Many residents taking part are extremely talented artists, and the classes provide a wonderful platform for them to build confidence and take pride in their work. Their growing collection of artwork is proudly displayed throughout the home, bringing colour to communal spaces and sparking conversation among residents, visitors and staff.

As well as nurturing creativity, the sessions also support residents’ wellbeing by encouraging self-expression, concentration and social interaction in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Commenting on the sessions, Rachel Collins, Home Manager at Elworth Grange Care Home said:
