
Residents at HC-One’s Coopers Croft Care Home in Stoke-on-Trent were treated to a blissful Spa Afternoon, complete with hand massages, facials, and plenty of laughter. The pampering session, led by local wellbeing specialist Sarah Oldum who goes by her trade name Sarah Sparkle, who visits the home once a month bringing a welcome touch of relaxation and joy to the home.
The event was one of Coopers Croft’s regular wellbeing activities, designed to support both the physical and emotional health of residents. Spa afternoons offer gentle therapeutic benefits, such as easing tension and promoting calm, while also creating opportunities for residents to socialise and enjoy meaningful moments together.
The room was filled with smiles as residents chatted with one another, enjoyed the calming atmosphere, and were treated to a little indulgence. One resident described the afternoon as “just what I needed – so relaxing and so much fun.”
