Residents from HC-One’s Beaconsfield Court Care Home in Barnard Castle, County Durham, recently enjoyed a delightful evening out together at Gretna Green, where they were treated to a delicious dinner and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Residents Dorothy, Beryl, Grace and Linda were accompanied by members of the Beaconsfield Court team for the special outing, which offered a welcome change of scenery and a chance to relax, socialise and enjoy good food together.
The residents thoroughly enjoyed their meal, praising both the quality and variety of dishes on the menu, all of which were prepared to a high standard. The friendly environment and attentive service helped make the evening especially enjoyable.
Resident Linda Kelly said:
“The staff made sure the whole dining experience was comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. There was a great choice of food, and everything was absolutely delicious.”
Resident Grace Ash added:
“It’s quickly become one of my go-to places for a great meal at an affordable price. I’d definitely love to go again.”
The outing was supported by Beaconsfield Court’s dedicated team, including Wellbeing colleague Tomi Aina and driver Dave Hodgeson, who ensured the residents felt relaxed, safe and well looked after throughout the evening.
