HC-One’s Mountview Care Home in Rothley, Leicester, was buzzing with laughter, sunshine, and community spirit on Saturday, August 16, 2025, as residents, families, friends, and local businesses came together for the much-loved annual Summer Fete.
The home’s garden was transformed into a vibrant hub of activity, filled with colourful stalls showcasing handmade crafts, delicious treats, and exciting local products. The irresistible aroma of sizzling BBQs mingled with the cheerful sounds of children bouncing on the inflatable castle, while little ones enjoyed face painting and a variety of garden games designed just for them.
Adults mingled and browsed the diverse offerings from talented local vendors, soaking up the live music and festive atmosphere. The day was a true celebration of togetherness, with generations connecting over food, fun, and plenty of happy memories.
