HC-One’s Thorn Springs Care Home in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, is delighted to welcome members of the local community to a joyful Festive Bake Off Competition and Charity Coffee Afternoon on Friday 19th December, from 2pm to 4pm.
Residents, colleagues, families, and neighbours are invited to get into the Christmas spirit by showcasing their most creative Christmas-themed bakes. Participants are encouraged to bring along their homemade festive treats, which will be entered into the home’s friendly baking competition.
At 3pm, a special resident judging panel will carefully taste and assess the entries, before selecting a winner who will receive an Amazon voucher.
Throughout the event, Thorn Springs will also host a charity cake sale to raise vital funds for CHUMS, a mental health and emotional wellbeing service that supports children, young people, and their families.
Anyone who wishes to donate their festive bake to the cake sale is warmly welcomed to do so.
