This month, we’re shining a light on a few of our team members who have reached remarkable long-service milestones.
Tracey Kerr – 15 years of caring with creativity
As our Senior Creative Manager, Tracey Kerr has spent the last 15 years helping HC-One’s brand speak with warmth and clarity.
From home brochures to menus, Tracey ensures every piece of communication reflects our belief in Caring with Kindness. Her thoughtful approach and creative spirit have made her a familiar and valued presence in our support centre. We’re grateful for the many ways Tracey helps us connect with residents, families, and partners.
Liam Toland – A decade at Highgate Care Home
Congratulations to Liam Toland, Unit Manager at Highgate Care Home, who has recently celebrated 10 years of service. Liam’s dedication, commitment, and the positive impact he’s made on both residents and colleagues over the years make him a truly valued member of the Highgate family.
Stuart Wayper – 25 years of collaborative team-working
With 25 years of service, Stuart Wayper, our Contracts and Commercial Manager, has played a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with local authorities and partners.
His work helps ensure our homes are supported by thoughtful, sustainable contracts that reflect the needs of our communities. Stuart’s quiet dedication and deep knowledge are appreciated by colleagues across HC-One.
Ashley Moore – Caring with kindness for 10 years
Ashley Moore, Assistant Contracts Manager, also marked 10 years with HC-One. Starting in our Property team, Ashley embraced a new challenge in contracts and has flourished in her role. Her adaptability and commitment to learning are a testament to the supportive environment we strive to nurture at HC-One.
Ashley also demonstrates her compassionate nature by sending birthday cards to residents in our homes to help them mark their special day – just because she cares.
Adele Rutherford – A decade of dedication
Development Chef Adele Rutherford recently celebrated 10 years with HC-One. Her culinary expertise and commitment to nourishing residents with care and creativity have made a lasting impact.
Adele’s work goes far beyond the kitchen—she helps create moments of joy and comfort through food, and we’re thankful for her continued dedication.
Rachael – Five years of care at Hambleton Grange
At Hambleton Grange Care Home, Care Assistant Rachael has marked 5 years of working with us. Rachael is a much-loved member of the team, bringing warmth and kindness to her role every day. The whole team looks forward to continuing the journey with her for many more years to come.
Andy – Supporting with a smile
Also at Hambleton Grange, Andy, our Maintenance Man, has reached his first year of service. His hard work and positive attitude make a real difference to daily life in the home, and colleagues are excited to celebrate his five-year milestone in the future.
These milestones are more than numbers—they’re reflections of years spent caring, creating, and contributing towards something meaningful for the families we support. We’re thankful to every single one of our colleagues for the kindness they bring to their work, and we look forward to continuing these journeys together.
