HC-One’s Bingham care home shortlisted for Knight Frank Care Home Design AwardThe team at HC-One’s Fosse Way View Care Home in Bingham, Nottinghamshire is celebrating being shortlisted as a finalist in the Care Home Design Award category following their submission for the Knight Frank Luxury Care Home Guide 2022.
 
The team at Fosse Way View are delighted to have been shortlisted for the Knight Frank Care Home Design Award category which recognises innovation, design, sustainability and the environment. 
Fosse Way View, developed by Charterpoint, designed by architect, C Squared, Interior Designer, Sarah Coley at HC-One and contractor Lawrence Baker, is a state-of-the-art, luxury 70 bed care home in Bingham, Nottinghamshire. The home, which opened on 1st June 2021, is designed into four independent communities benefiting from hotel services and facilities including the Buttercross Bistro, the Robin Hood Picture House and the Belvoir Hair and Beauty Salon.
Commenting on Fosse Way View being shortlisted as a finalist of the Knight Frank Care Home Design Award, Tracey Tomlins, Managing Director at HC-One said:

Fosse Way View and the other successful finalists across all three award categories will find out if they are a winner of their respective award at Knight Frank’s Healthcare Property Lunch in October, following an independent judging panel deciding who will take home the crown.
