Five HC-One Colleagues across the North East, North West and West Midlands have been shortlisted as finalists in the regional ceremonies by the judging panel at the National Apprenticeship Awards 2021.
The achievement of these five finalists is recognition of their hard work and the kind care shown to Residents, Relatives and Colleagues, the dedication and passion they show every day to ensure the people they support receive the best quality care, as well as their commitment to learning and developing their careers.
The five HC-One apprentices have been named as finalists across two of the National Apprenticeship Award categories which are ‘Apprentice of the Year’ and ‘Rising Star of the Year’.
Those apprentices who were named as finalists in the ‘Apprentice of the Year’ category recognised that the apprentices had made a real difference to their workplaces.
The ‘Rising Star of the Year’ category finalists are recognised as having made impressive progress in their career to date and had demonstrated the potential to go even further.
