HC-One are elated to have been named as the winner of ‘The Care Employer of the Year Award’ category by the judging panel at the North East Region of the Great British Care Awards 2022 which took place on Thursday 10th November 2022 at the Grand Hotel Gosforth Park in Newcastle.
The Great British Care Awards are a series of regional events which take place throughout the UK, celebrating the excellence, hard work and dedication of individuals who work across the care sector. The 23 different award categories pay tribute to those who have shown amazing excellence within their field of work.
HC-One was announced as the winner of ‘The Care Employer of the Year Award’ category due to demonstrating commitment to care and providing an excellent service to user providers. HC-One impressed the judges due to showing strong acumen and flair whilst sustaining a track record of delivering high quality care and managing improvement.

HC-One had three winners in total at the North East Region of the Great British Care Awards 2022 across a variety of award categories, as well as two Colleagues being announced as ‘Highly Commended’ in their respective award categories.
HC-One and the other winners of the Regional Great British Care Awards 2022 will now progress to the National Finals of the Great British Care Awards 2023 taking place on Friday 17th March 2023 at the ICC in Birmingham.
