Investors in People Gold success

Following the Investors in People (IIP) Assessors reassessment of the former Meridian homes in December 2018 (plus Guide Lane and Kings Park,) those homes have achieved Gold Investors in People status.  This is an up-grade from last years’ Silver Status and we will remain at Gold Status until December 2020.
 
The homes were also assessed against the new, more stringent criteria which makes the achievement even the more special. The Assessor saw many improvements to allow an increase in our status from Silver to Gold status. This is a tremendous achievement for all involved and shows the growth in the Region over the last 12 months.
