Residents at HC-One’s Wombwell Hall care home came together in celebration as fellow Resident, Mona, turned 100 years of age.
A party was held in her honour, complete with a visit from her lovely family, where they were all able to enjoy some delicious food, beverages and a homemade cake.
Music played and Mona enjoyed a sing-along with her friends, with some of her favourite music playing. She also appreciated the wonderful decorations placed throughout the home as her main favourite were the balloons, which she wanted in her room.
A lovely day was had by all. Wombwell Hall Home Manager, commented: “We are so pleased to have celebrated today with Mona, she clearly enjoyed herself with her family and we are so glad to have been a part of the day.”
