Gwendoline Bullock, a Resident at
Market Lavington residential, nursing and residential memory care, Nr Devizes, celebrated her 96th birthday today.
Gwendoline was overjoyed by the cake, baked by Head Chef Kim Tomes.
Staff sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to Gwen and then she cut the cake, into exceedingly large slices!
Gwen has lived at Market Lavington for several years, loves flowers and gardening, and tends to a small flower bed situated directly outside her room, which will now have some new birthday flowers to join them.
Gwendoline Bullock commented, “Thank you so much. Who would have thought I’d reach ninety-six! It’s been a lovely day.”
Riaz Ali, Wellbeing Coordinator, remarked, “Gwendoline is such a gentle, sweet lady and it was an honour and privilege to be able to sing for her on her 96th birthday!”
