Residents at
Ashgrove, nursing dementia care home in Hounslow, enjoyed a lovely carol concert from a local primary school.
17 school children from Heathland Junior School, came along to the 49-bedded care home to sing some Christmas songs to the Residents.
All the Residents were clapping and singing along to the songs. You could tell the singing was bringing a lot of happiness to the Residents.
There were lots of refreshments which were enjoyed, they included cakes, sandwiches and lots of lovely treats.
Mahendra Bidjadhur, Care Home Manager, remarked, “It was lovely to have the children perform for the Residents. We would love to have them back singing for us soon.”
