A safari picnic afternoon for Merseyside care home ResidentsWhilst the sun was shining down, Residents at Dale Park residential memory care and nursing memory care home, in Southport, took advantage and had a trip to Knowsley Safari Park.

Everyone, including Fred, Muriel and Winnie, who both live at the home, thoroughly enjoyed the day out and seeing the animals including tigers, lions and monkeys. They also saw some beautiful birds of prey too.

Colleagues took a picnic for lunch for everyone and all had an ice-cream afterwards.

Sharon Ahern, Care Home Manager, remarked, “All had a great day and loved seeing the different animals.”
