One Resident celebrated his birthday this year with plenty of video calls and window visits over at HC-One’s Acacia care home in Sherwood.
John spent his day chatting with his family as they visited the home both virtually and through the window before celebrating with his friends at the home.
They spent the afternoon listening and singing to John’s favourite music and playing games before settling down for a cup of tea and a slice of birthday cake.
John commented: “I’ve had so much fun today! Not bad for a 90-year-old.”
Despite having a lockdown birthday, John enjoyed celebrating his 90th virtually with his family and at the home with Acacia’s Residents and Colleagues.
