Aberdeen care home Colleagues donate to Northfield Community Centre pet food bankColleagues at HC-One’s Hamewith Lodge care home in Aberdeen donated to their local pet food bank after being in awe of the support they have received during these tough times.

Colleagues from Hamewith Lodge had donated some cat and dog food to the Northfield Community Centre Food Bank. This donation will help those in the community, who have pets, but are struggling to feed them. This means they can focus on feeding themselves.

Hamewith Lodge Home Manager Susan Ashton said: “Hamewith Lodge is more than happy to help the local community during these difficult times, just as they have helped us.”

Hamewith Lodge are planning on holding a collection for the food bank to help with the local community and are also looking at other ways they can help the community.
