Afternoon of cheese and wine tasting at Manchester care home

Residents at HC One’s Worsley Lodge care home look forward to wine and cheese tasting at the beginning of every month.

Residents love getting to taste the various cheeses and the different textures, along with a nice beer, wine or a Baileys to wash them down with!

After the event Colleagues and Residents were able to sit and have a chat about which were the best and worst cheeses. Cheshire cheese with apricot or cranberry always seems to come out as the firm favourite.

One of the Residents commented “it’s a great activity, I enjoy all of the different flavours.”
