Alexander Court raises a fantastic £600 at Christmas Fair

Alexander Court care home in Sheffield hosted a variety of fun, festive activities at its Christmas Fair for Residents, family and friends from the local community.

Activities on the day included a performance of Christmas carols, stalls with various festive gifts on offer, and a surprise visit from Father Christmas.

Staff also held a Christmas raffle, which contributed to the £600 raised on the day for Alexander Court’s comfort fund.

One Resident commented: “I had a really lovely day celebrating Christmas with my loved ones.”

Amanda Fields, Home Manager at Alexander Court, said: “Everyone had a brilliant time at the Christmas Fair and the visit from Father Christmas really helped everyone get in the festive spirit.”
