All the fun of the beach at Sheffield care home

Residents at HC One’s Holmwood care home enjoyed a beach themed get together in the garden today.

Colleagues at the Sheffield home decided to organise a fantastic beach party for the Residents to spend time together safely in the garden. 

The garden was decorated with a trim of a beach and the Residents could tell stories and enjoy each other’s company whilst still at a distance. It was a lovely relaxing environment that the staff had created.

There was plenty of party food available and music playing out, also a few games were played too. The afternoon was topped off by a tasty ice cream to help keep everybody cool. 

One Resident commented “there’s nothing better than an ice-cream on a hot day.”

There were plenty of smiling faces and it was lovely for the whole home to get involved.
