On 5th December, Resident Marjorie at
April Park residential care home, in Sheffield, marked her 100th birthday in style!
Marjorie celebrated 100th birthday with a party with her family in the morning and another party with the Residents at April Park in the afternoon.
She was delighted to share a glass or two of champagne and bucks fizz and enjoyed looking at the photo wall that staff had made for her. She had fun reminiscing over all the wonderful memories of the last 100 years.
Fellow Residents wished Marjorie a ‘Happy Birthday’ and everyone enjoyed a slice of the delicious cake.
Colleagues commented, “We all enjoyed chatting to Marjorie about her memories of the last 100 years. What a wonderful achievement. Happy Birthday Marjorie.”
