Armchair aerobics for Hyde Residents

Today at Hyde nursing and nursing memory care home, Residents on the Werneth community have enjoyed some armchair exercises. 

Accompanied by a sing and a dance, everyone who took part enjoyed moving and being active in their chairs. See pictured Residents Audrey, Mary and Dot who all got thoroughly involved in the activity. 

One Resident said, “I love armchair aerobics.”

Irina Babici, Deputy Manager, commented that everyone involved had a wonderful time and felt energetic afterwards.
