After such a long time, the Residents of
Augustus Court in Leeds, which offers residential care, enjoyed a day out in the minibus, and went around Garforth and Harrogate.
The Residents really enjoyed being out and about and seeing all the shops, the people and even did a bit of sightseeing as well as popping into a local café and enjoyed a nice cup of tea and a slice of cake!
You could tell in the Residents faces that they really enjoyed being outside as it has been such a long time since have been out.
One colleague commented, “We are so happy that we have the minibus here at the home, as it means that the Residents can enjoy a day out”.
