Bannockburn care home Residents share pearls of wisdom with younger generation

Residents from HC-One’s Fairview care home in Bannockburn came together to share some words of advice for the younger generation.

Jean, aged 92 gave the advice to behave yourself while 78-year-old Pat said to get the best out of life, Peggy, aged 94 recommends that everyone should be nice to each other and 75-year-old Rena shared that she believes that mum’s are the best.

Residents had a great time chatting about what advice they were going to share and reminiscing about their younger days.

Elaine McCulloch, Home Manager at Fairview said: “It was wonderful to hear the different pearls of wisdom from our Residents, everyone has lived their own life and it’s important to share their experiences.”
