Residents thoroughly enjoyed being pampered and chatting to Sue, with one Resident joking, “what are you looking at someone as beautiful as me for?”
Milliner House Home Manager Kathryn Elizabeth Sygrove said: “It's fantastic that although we have procedure in place and it isn’t quite the same, seeing the Residents feel beautiful again is amazing.”
