It has been a busy month for HC-One’s Knowles Court care home in Holmewood, Bradford as Residents have enjoyed a variety of activities including birthday celebrations, balloon exercises and a bowling tournament.
Minnie and Tony, Residents at Knowles Court have both celebrated their birthdays recently with gifts, cards and COVID-19 safe parties with their fellow Residents. Everyone has enjoyed various activities throughout the month including a balloon exercise class and some friendly competition with a bowling tournament including a trophy for the winner.
Green fingered Residents have also enjoyed lots of time in the garden, preparing the for the warmer months that are fast approaching. One Resident commented: “I find being in the garden and tending to the plants so relaxing.”
Knowles Court Home Manager, Samantha Whinray said: “I am pleased that everyone has enjoyed the activities we have arranged, it is important to keep your mind and bodies busy to promote positive wellbeing.”
