Colleagues at HC One’s Knowles Court care home have been making sure they are keeping Residents busy and happy throughout July.
July has proven to be a busy month for the Residents of the Bradford care home. From daily armchair exercises, where staff are making sure Residents are keeping as well as they can, to game playing, because everyone likes a bit of competition!
The home also celebrated the beautiful grandmas on 'glamorous grannies day', and then getting ready for 'Yorkshire Day' by decorating Yorkshire roses.
Two Residents who enjoyed the ‘Glam Grandma Day’ received some lovely gifts and commented “what a beautiful bunch of flowers” and “how lovely, the chocs are gorgeous”.
The wellbeing team also decided to chase the rest of their Colleagues for old wellies for the home’s upcoming 'welly wanging games' (watch this space)!
Residents have been involved this month from all 3 communities.
The deputy home manager said “The well-being team have worked really hard this last month to ensure our Residents have been kept busy, and I’m proud of them all.”
