Broadway care home Residents enjoy trip to the flicks

Residents at Brompton House care home in Broadway enjoyed a trip to the flicks to watch the highly-anticipated Rocketman.

The award-winning movie was showcased at the local community hall, which organises a cinema club the first Tuesday of every month. 

Each Resident selected their favourite tipple to enjoy as they watched the film, with many opting for a lovely glass of wine and others selecting a soft drink. 

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the movie, as many sang and danced along to some of Elton John’s most famous hits. 

Residents thoroughly enjoyed the event, with one person saying: “The film was superb and so was the wine. It was really nice to chat to people who also live in the local area.”
