Brunch bunch at Uddingston care homeResident at HC-One’s Highgate care home in Uddingston, Glasgow were surprised with a new brunch club which will become a regular activity at the care home.

For the inaugural event, the team pulled out all the stops, serving croissants, scones, pancakes and apple pastries along with lemon curd and health smoothies. Residents were amazed with the delicious spread as they walked in to the home’s cafĂ©. 

There were smiles all around at Highgate, with Residents commenting on how much they enjoyed their morning and are looking forward to being the ‘brunch bunch’ on a regular basis.

Highgate General Manager, Jennifer McKellar said: “What a lovely idea, I am so pleased our Residents enjoyed their brunch, everything looked so delicious.”
