Easter Sunday was a day filled with lots of themed activities at HC-One’s
Dove Court care home, in Burnley, Lancashire.
Residents had a lovely time making chocolate Easter nests with Colleagues, but not as much as they enjoyed eating their creations! There was also a firm favourite activity with a twist, as Residents had a go at Easter-themed bingo. But the highlight of the day was watching Colleagues take part in an egg and spoon race! Much to everyone’s amusement.
One of the Residents at the 120-bed residential, nursing and dementia care home, remarked, “I really enjoyed this, and I love playing bingo!”
Stephanie Tillotson, Wellbeing Coordinator, said, “The Residents all enjoyed themselves and it was so nice to all be together for the occasion with the Dove Court family.”
