Caring for the Community MP Visits Launton Grange Residents

Residents and colleagues at Launton Grange Care Home in Bicester were delighted to welcome Calum Miller MP for Bicester and Woodstock for an informative visit on Friday 27 March.

During the visit, Mr Miller toured Launton Grange, a residential and residential dementia care home, exploring a range of thoughtfully designed spaces that support residents’ wellbeing and quality of life. These included the ambient dining areas and social lounges, a plush cinema room complete with a fresh popcorn machine, the bright and airy garden room, and the home’s cosy and comfortable quiet lounges.

Calum Miller MP spent time speaking with residents and team members, learning more about daily life at Launton Grange and the importance of personalised care, purposeful activities and strong, trusting relationships in supporting residents to live well.

The visit also highlighted Launton Grange’s ongoing commitment to being an active and engaged member of the local community, and its focus on creating a warm, supportive environment where residents feel valued and can truly flourish.
