The Polegate in East Sussex, which provides nursing care, one Resident has celebrated reaching her milestone birthday!
Ethel Cox, a Resident at The Polegate care home turned 100 years old this month on the 16
th of April. Colleagues and Relatives all attended a birthday party at the care home.
Ethel was surrounded by her family and enjoyed a beautiful afternoon tea with some cake. Speaking with Ethel, she said, “Was a special day this was, it was lovely having my family all around”. She also was quite amazed she has hit triple figures!
Daniel, the Home Manager went on to say, “Happy Birthday to Ethel! What an amazing birthday to reach. I’m glad she had a lovely day”.
