Celebrating Silver Sunday and Harvest FestivalHC-One the ‘kind care company’ are embracing ‘Silver Sunday’ with our Harvest Festival event on Friday 5th October. We’re always on a mission to build strong links with our local communities and share the mission to help combat loneliness amongst older people.

We’re thrilled to throw open our doors and to welcome members of the local community including groups, clubs and associations to spend a little time in our homes to gain a greater understanding of the wonderful work our kind, caring colleagues do 24/7, 365 days of the year.

As part of our celebrations and the warm welcome we want to extend to everyone we’ll be offering tours of our homes, the opportunity to meet some of the wonderful Residents who live with us and to find out more about their amazing lives.

During your visit you can enjoy

  • Harvest themed activities
  • Refreshments
  • Meet new friends from the community
  • Distribution of our harvest collection to elderly neighbours
  • Supporting Silver Sunday – aiming to combat loneliness, celebrate the contribution of older people and help to increase happiness and wellbeing
