Charity donates Christmas gifts to the HarefieldAt HC-One, kindness is at the basis of everything we do. We know how much little acts of kindness can make a difference to the lives of Residents. And therefore, The Harefield nursing and nursing dementia care home, in Middlesex, were so touched to receive a donation of Christmas presents from the charity 'Small Acts of Kindness.'

Aiming at reducing loneliness and isolation within the elderly, the charity has provided the home with a mountain of presents as well as some gorgeous, knitted blankets.

Everyone at the home can't wait until Christmas so they can open all these wonderful gifts and see what goodies are waiting for them.

Manager Beckie thought this was a lovely way of fostering the relationship with the community.

All the Residents were pleasantly surprised by the kindness of this charity.

Judith Bolton (pictured) said they were all beautifully wrapped. She was “awe-struck” at the thoughtfulness of this endeavour.

Deputy Manager Rebekah remarked, “This was an absolutely wonderful gesture, especially in these trying times.”
