They had pork pies, handmade crisps, picked onions and grapes to accompany the cheese and wine. Some of the Residents talked about some of the cheese they had never tried before, The wensleydale cheese was liked the most as it had a sweet and sharp taste at the same time
One Resident remarked, "The selection of cheeses was amazing,"
Bonnie, one of the wellbeing Colleagues, commented, “This has been a lovely evening seeing the Residents laugh and talk about the different cheese they have tried.”
