Memories were shared among Residents at HC-One’s
Avon Court care home, in Chippenham, as Resident Ken Price was visited by his wife Brenda to mark their 67th wedding anniversary.
Brenda came to visit Ken at the 56-bed residential, nursing and nursing dementia care home on 7th July. They looked at wedding photos together and reminisced on how Brenda made their wedding cake.
Both were very happy talking about the wedding day. Ken commented, “It’s a long time (to be married).”
Brenda added, “I would do it all over again.”
Fellow Residents Vera and Margaret also enjoyed looking at the photos and chatting to the couple. They agreed that the photos were lovely.
Leila, Wellbeing Coordinator, commented, “Ken and Brenda still enjoy spending time together. It’s so lovely to see.”
