Christmas carols at Millbrook care home

Residents and staff at Millbrook care home in Tameside were delighted to welcome local primary school children to the home for a fantastic Christmas carol performance.

The students, who attend Millbrook Primary School, sang a variety of traditional and contemporary Christmas carols for the Residents and their Relatives.

The Residents joined in with the performance by singing along to their favourite songs.

One Resident commented: “The carols were performed really well. It was a great treat for us to enjoy in the run-up to Christmas.”

Andrew Poll-Drane, Home Manager at Millbrook, said: “The children sung beautifully and really enjoyed meeting the Residents, who loved singing along to the Christmas carols.”
