Christmas celebrations in full swing at Sandon House

Sandon House Residents got into the festive spirit at the care home’s Christmas Fayre, which raised an amazing £300 for the home’s Comfort Fund.

Activities on the day included a tombola, a homemade cakes stall, a bric-a-brac stand, and the opportunity to buy handmade Christmas cards.

Many Residents also took part in the raffle, which saw Rita win a hamper containing treats, such as chocolates and savoury crackers. This was kindly donated to the local Methodist Church by Rita.

Phillip, a Resident at Sandon House, commented: “I’ve had a really good day.”

Lynne Campbell, Home Manager at Sandon House, commented: “Everyone had a lovely day at the Christmas Fayre and we were delighted to have raised such a fantastic amount for our Comfort Fund.”
