Christmas cheer for all to hear at Averill House

Residents at Averill House care home in Manchester were joined by family and friends to celebrate at the home’s Christmas party.

Staff and Residents from both floors came together to enjoy their day.

The activities included dancing and singing to classic Christmas songs, while enjoying mulled wine, prosecco and homemade cakes.

One Resident commented: “I had a lovely time celebrating with my family. I really do wish it could be Christmas every day.”

Roisin Doyle, Home Manager at Averill House, said: “It was lovely to see all the Residents getting into the Christmas spirit by enjoying our range of festive activities with their loved ones.”
