Cocktail, mocktails and tattoos at Wombwell Hall care homeToday Residents at Wombwell Hall had a wonderful afternoon enjoying some cocktails and mocktails courtesy of the wonderful kitchen staff.

Residents enjoyed some virgin strawberry daiquiris, sangria and one with a little splash of alcohol called a summer breeze.

As it was also National Tattoo Day, staff thought they would fulfil some of the Residents’ bucket lists and give them a temporary tattoo. And they went all out and some even went for 3 or 4 tattoos! Colourful butterflies were popular together with the anchors. Staff were also involved in the fun.

One of the Residents. Alice, said, “I feel like a rock chick now, finally I have a tattoo, what a brilliant and fun idea”.

Enid said “I’ve always wanted a tattoo but never brave enough to have one, this was great, I opted for a beautiful butterfly”.

Colleague, Zoe Goddard, said, “I was glad to see our Residents trying something new and enjoying themselves”.
