Mr and Mrs Reid celebrated fifty years of marriage together at HC-One’s Finavon Court care home Forfar.
Marie, a Resident at Finavon Court and her husband, Alex married on 27th March 1971, the team at the care home wanted to help the happy couple celebrate their milestone anniversary, so they decorated the lounge in golden decorations and organised a special cake.
Both Alex and Marie were delighted the effort the team had gone to and enjoyed celebrating their wedding anniversary together after a difficult year for all due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Finavon Court Home Manager, Janet Hackett said: “I am so pleased we were able to help Mr and Mrs Reid celebrate their golden wedding anniversary, seeing their love for each other is truly heart-warming.”
