Creative day at West Midlands care homeToday at Dingle Meadow in Oldbury, which provides residential and residential dementia care, Residents enjoyed a day of creative arts.

Residents enjoyed creating their own jewellery and painting window catchers, flowerpots and mermaids. Colleagues at Dingle Meadow had said they looked very pretty sat in the windows around the home and brought some colour into the room. 

One Resident particularly enjoyed making necklaces and bracelets from beads, pearls and sequins, they said “What a wonderful day, I love being creative like this” while other Residents also commented “today was really lovely, just being creative is always fun”. 

Emma, the Home Manager said, “It was a joy to watch all of the Residents getting creative and making some lovely artwork”.
