With Dementia Action Week coming up in May, Residents at residential, nursing and dementia care home,
Rose Court, in Radcliffe, have been making t-shirts in preparation.
After the home’s regular Residents meeting, a design was chosen for the Dementia Action Week t-shirts which will be worn as part as the home’s weeks activity in May, and Residents have been busy creating the t-shirts; see pictured Irene painting one of the t-shirts.
Residents are also going to do a walk in and around the home with the designed t-shirts, which they have really enjoyed designing and have been modelled by staff already!
Once the t-shirts are all been made, they will go on sale in the home.
Allison, who is one of the home’s wellbeing Colleagues commented, “It is great to see Residents expressing themselves with art.”
