Residents at HC-One’s
Victoria Mews care home in Coventry were over the moon to learn that the homes usual hairdresser was to return and give everyone a spruce up.
After 15 months of being away, it was lovely to see Debbie, the homes hairdresser again and for Residents to have that luxury back after a challenging year.
Residents had a well-deserved pamper and Colleagues could tell from the smiles on their faces that they were happy to have their hair back to how they like it. Despite the new regulations around hairdresser visiting, Debbie has ensured every Resident left the salon with the style they wanted, paying attention to detail and ensuring they felt comfortable.
With it being so long since they have been able to see the hairdresser, some Residents at first were anxious, but after a while Debbie soon settled them and have a little chat with them all. Colleagues at Victoria Mews would like to thank Debbie for always being so kind and person centred to all of Victoria Mews Residents at all times.
Set in a residential area of Coventry, Victoria Mews is a purpose-built 30 bed care home offering residential and memory care, for those living with dementia.
