Droylsden Residents treated to manicuresToday at Sunnyside care home, which offers residential and residential memory care, it was nail day,

Manicures were offered to both male and female Residents alike to have their nails manicured or painted.

Although no men wanted to join in, the ladies had a great morning, especially Ann Higginbotham (pictured) who regularly used to visit her local nail salon and enjoyed reminiscing about it with Colleagues.

Ann chose a summer blue colour for her nails and loved the end result! She commented, “I haven’t had my nails done in a while and I like to have them done, it makes me feel great!”

Deputy Home Manager, Clare Hurd, said, “I enjoyed seeing the Residents discussing which colours they were picking for their nails amongst themselves.”
