Dudley Residents make Christmas baublesToday Residents at Himley Mill care home, in the West Midlands, helped to craft a homemade Christmas bauble for their loved ones.

Residents enjoyed having their picture taken and placing it into the clear plastic baubles; there were some wonderful smiles and brilliant poses! Ribbon was then threaded through the top of the bauble and tied so that the ornament can be placed on their loved one’s trees (see picture).

Residents thought it was, “very effective,” and enjoyed watching the ornament come together.

One said, “It is a very thoughtful idea, especially when relatives can’t see us properly at the moment.”

Kelly Smith, Home Manager, commented, “This has been very special for everyone involved and the baubles look wonderful!”
