Dundee care home Residents visit Forfar

Four Residents from HC-One’s Balcarres care home in Broughty Ferry, Dundee enjoyed a day out to see the sights of Forfar on Friday 15th February.

Mary Phin, Yvonne McKay, Esther Smith and Sheila Robertson, Residents at Balcarres headed to Forfar for a day of fun. When they arrived they had a nice stroll around the Loch of Forfar followed by a visit to a local museum.

After an interesting tour of the museum, the ladies stopped for a traditional Forfar bridie, a Scottish meat pastry from a local baker. Everyone had a lovely day, with Residents commenting that it was wonderful to get out for the day and see all of the sights at Forfar.
