Falkirk care home celebrate a Spooktacular Halloween weekendResidents at HC-One’s Kinnaird Manor care home in Falkirk celebrated a Spooktacular Halloween weekend with a quiz, fancy dress and pumpkin carving.

In the run up to Halloween weekend, Residents crafted pumpkins with all different kinds of designs, from scary faces to funny face and even some names carved into the pumpkins.

On Saturday 31st, Residents started of their day with a Halloween quiz, with questions based around horror films, popular songs and stories told on Halloween. They then judged a costume competition which Colleagues had amongst themselves. The residents commented on what a great party atmosphere there was although picking the best costume was difficult.

"It's great to see everyone having such a good time," said Resident Betty Watson.

After that, Colleagues then judged the Residents pumpkin carving skills with Stacey from the Mariner Unit voted as the winner.
